    Hey. So I'm really big and have arthritis throughout my entire body. Even doing the warm up was hurting me so bad as I do have arthritis in my shoulders, neck, elbows, spine, hips and knees. It said to stop if you feel uncomfortable. Do I just push through and keep on going and suck it up? I'm desperate to change my life. My bloods show I have 40+ in my pain markers and your supposed to have 6 and below. [I'm Australian so maybe different in the states] I know my weight impacts my arthritis so I'm having bariatric surgery next year. So do I continue do the exercises even though I'm in chronic pain?

      BTW I appreciate that a bigger person is doing the exercises... I'm sick of seeing people who can climb mountains and run marathons thinking people like me can do that...this makes it more real for me. Even though he is way smaller than me. 😂

    Place it on the opposite side to which your door opens out. The door here opens towards him, the anchor should be on the opposite side of that so the door doesn't spring open mid session.

      Might be pulling with your arms. Keep your hands relaxed and make sure that ONLY your abs are pulling your elbows to your knees

    this is probably just silicon oil you can easily get this it's sometimes called treadmill oil

    I workout just with bands since 4 years ago. I used weights for years since my 15. I have 40 now. Happy to find bodylastics. Elastic its mutch superior than weights. I will buy your products

    Oh my god I'm glad i did not pay for this on the website. This is the most scattered and incoherent workout video ive ever seen. Doesn't clearly describe exercises, assumes prior knowledge of exercising with bands and exercises themselves. Too much chatter during exercises that either is incoherent or not relevant.

    I'm waiting fro the bands from Body Lastics and excited to get it and use it soon. I do have an issue - my door isn't very sturdy and has two hinges towards the bottom and top. Many of your excersies, ask for chest level or knee level for the anchor. The anchor would keep sliding up and down as I pull. Is there a better way to do this' I don't have the full door anchor. Please advise.

    Wow this is so dangerous. Puttign the anchor on the wrong side of the door and USING VELCRO STRAPS BETWEEN THE ACNHOR AND THE BAND? How many pounds do you think velcro can take

    Im 63 5 feet 2 and weight 240 lbs. When I reached 240 I started having sever shortness of breath. I can not even make it walking one city block. My knees are both bone on bone and I was searching for exercises like this. I lost only 10lbs in a month on the Atkins diet but I still cant breathe . Looking forward to working out with everyone

      Actually we change out the program every 3 weeks, sometimes slower sometimes faster, hold reps etc..
